How We Measure

Collar Take the circumference measurement around the middle of your throat

Chest Take the circumference measurement around your chest and the underarm

Waist Place the measuring tape against the skin around the fullest part of your waist, usually just above your hips.

Hip The tape measure is placed around the hips being sure to incorporate the widest point of the seat.

Body Hold the tape at the point where the seam of the shoulder meets the collar, and keeping it as straight as possible, measure downwards to where you desire the shirt to finish.

Style Notes

A nod to the seventies, this limited edition Evening Shirt is made with a superfine cotton herringbone exclusive to T&A, finished with smoke-coloured mother-of-pearl buttons and long point collar. A simple-yet-bold shirt that will always look the part, the collar has a softer interlining, in turn providing a softer structure.

Construction Details

The Evening Shirt collection consists of seven individual shirt styles, hand-made in our Gloucester factory. Limited to 36 pieces each and inspired by bespoke orders from our archive, the shirts are made using the finest cotton, Sea Island Quality cotton and silk. This shirt collection is also the first to be created using our new tailored fit, which has a closer fitting body shape, expertly made by our bespoke pattern cutter.
