Integrated Graphic Designer

Role: Mid/Senior Integrated Graphic Designer, London

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design for Digital and Print; Email Creative; Digital Asset Creation for Social Media, Affiliates, Wholesale, POS and Digital Advertising; Brand Packaging and Labels

Job Description:

The first of its kind, we are looking for a mid to senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing and Ecommerce team. As the first designer within the business, you will be an integral part of the communications team, working across all creative touchpoints. Below is a breakdown of key responsibilities:
• Use seasonal imagery to create campaign advertising
• Create emails briefed by Marketing and work on new template ideas
• Create all digital assets, including social media posts, affiliate, wholesale and digital advertising banners, GIFs and basic animation
• Design all POS to include invitations and in-store comms
• Work with the Social Media Coordinator to create engaging content
• Update and design brand packaging
• Provide design solutions for all internal projects including signage, literature, business proposals and presentations.

Candidates must have a passion for menswear, and proven ability to develop and deliver high impact creative that works across traditional, digital and social media channels, engaging a variety of different audiences. You should also be able to respond to briefs with original ideas, be comfortable questioning briefs and be happy to see ideas through from conception to delivery and execution.

With experience in managing design and print production, candidates will have an eye for detail and be quick-thinking under pressure, managing time working across multiple projects at once. As you will be working closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams, a natural confidence and the ability to engage and inspire senior leaders and partners is essential.

Core Requirements:

• 4+ Years’ experience as a graphic designer, ideally within fashion, retail and/or luxury
• Experience in digital and print formats
• Solid understanding of creative in the luxury world
• Understanding and experience representing a brand and working with brand guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are essential)
• Knowledge of artworking for print ads as well as film editing and animation is preferable.

Senior CRM Executive

Role: Senior CRM Executive, London

Key Responsibilities: Developing all customer communications across offline, digital and CRM projects; launching the company’s CRM programme to create a more targeted approach to communications.

Job Description:

As our Senior CRM Executive, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing and Head of Ecommerce in two key areas: email and CRM. Below is a breakdown of key responsibilities for each.


• Develop templates with new trends in email marketing in mind, and improve key metrics

• Manage end-to-end process, from concept to post-send reporting

• Report key metrics, success and opportunity on a weekly basis to Senior Management, proactively making changes based on learnings

• Briefing in and working closely with the Graphic Designer (monitoring workload and review

• Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing (UK & US) to significantly grow all databases with relevant and engaged users

• Own the global email calendar, ensuring it’s up to date

• Look for opportunities to expand on automation and customer programmes

• Own the customer database – effectively splitting address books based on RFM plus engagement


• Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing to implement CRM strategy globally

• Day-to-day management of database

• Establish regular reporting to Senior Management

• Discover trade driving uses for SCV data across all channels

• Look for customer acquisition opportunities

We are looking for a self-starter with a hunger to grow and learn in the role. Experience of end-to-end campaign management (covering briefing, build, segmenting, sign-off, send and post-send analysis), automation and programme creation essential. The candidate will also have experience in the brand marketing calendar management within luxury brands and/or menswear. 2 to 3 years’ experience in email/CRM marketing essential, as is DotMailer experience. Any CRM platform experience and general marketing experience also beneficial.

As the Front of House Receptionist at our Bury Street store, you will be in charge of ensuring our customer service is in keeping to the standards we have prided ourselves on since 1885. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering telephones, responding to emails on behalf of Bury Street, filing and day-to-day administration, daily cashing up and typing of letters.
