CRM Marketing Executive

Role: CRM Marketing Executive, London

Key Responsibilities: Developing all customer communications across digital and CRM projects; launching the company’s CRM programme to create a more targeted approach to communications.

Job Description:

As our CRM Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing and Head of Ecommerce in three key areas: email, affiliates & marketplaces, and CRM. Below is a breakdown of key responsibilities for each.


• Develop templates with new trends in email marketing in mind, and improve key metrics

• Manage end-to-end process, from concept to post-send reporting

• Report key metrics, success and opportunity on a weekly basis to Senior Management, proactively making changes based on learnings

• Briefing in and working closely with the Graphic Designer (monitoring workload and review

• Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing (UK & US) to significantly grow all databases with relevant and engaged users

• Own the global email calendar, ensuring it’s up to date

• Look for opportunities to expand on automation and customer programmes

• Own the customer database – effectively splitting address books based on RFM plus engagement

Affiliates & Marketplaces

• Help expand partnerships with key affiliates

• Manage upload of marketing materials, brand information and induction to new partners

• Set attractive commissions with Head of Ecommerce

• Grow affiliate partners list at a rate agreed with H/O EComm and H/O Comms


• Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing to implement CRM strategy globally

• Day-to-day management of database

• Establish regular reporting to Senior Management

• Discover trade driving uses for SCV data across all channels

• Look for customer acquisition opportunities

We are looking for a self-starter with a hunger to grow and learn in the role. Experience of end-to-end campaign management (covering briefing, build, segmenting, sign-off, send and post-send analysis), automation and programme creation essential. The candidate will also have experience in the brand marketing calendar management within luxury brands and/or menswear. 2 to 3 years’ experience in email/CRM marketing essential, as is DotMailer experience. Any CRM platform experience and general marketing experience also beneficial.

Role: Sales Associate, New York City, NY.

Key Responsibilities: Sales, Profit & Loss, Inventory Control, Customer Experience, Store Maintenance

Job Description:

As our Sales Associate in New York City, NY, you will be in charge and responsible for developing personal action plans to increase sales, address problem areas and capitalise on trends. Contributing to a goal-orientated selling culture that focuses on building new relationships with clientele, and provide exceptional service at all times – including in the assistance of Made-to-Measure orders. As well as demonstrating in-depth knowledge of merchandise, you will show willingness and flexibility to support all relevant initiatives to ensure a profitable store environment. Another key area of the role lies within merchandising and store maintenance. You will assist in the highest standards of visual, maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards, ensuring the selling floor is neat, clean, organised and reflects the correct visual at all times. You will implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of luxury store sales experience in Menswear, as well as experience in Made-to-Measure and/or Bespoke. Experience with Teamwork or similar POS system preferable, but not essential.

Role: Tie Slipper, Sidcup

Key Responsibilities: Hand-Sewing, Tie Slipping, Achieving Daily Production Targets

Job Description:

As our tie slipper, you will be hand-sewing to achieve the required length and width specifications of Turnbull & Asser ties, for Ready To Wear and Bespoke orders. We take pride in ensuring every tie is hand-made, therefore it is important to know that this is not a machinist position. However, there is the opportunity to work in other departments during busy periods, these include machining, pressing and labelling. Being an integral part of the manufacturing process of men’s ties, you will need to achieve daily production targets. We are looking for someone with at least two years’ worth of experience in hand-sewing textiles, with slipping experience preferred but not essential. A friendly, hardworking person that prides themselves on attention to detail, in keeping with the standard of quality synonymous with Turnbull & Asser.
